Hey there! I’m so glad you stopped by. If you’re here, you’re probably looking to create a space that’s more than just a room full of furniture—and that’s exactly what I love to do.
After years of remodeling, designing, and obsessing over beautiful spaces, I’ve launched Keiser Interiors—a boutique design service for real people who want style, function, and peace of mind. My journey into interior design isn’t your typical one. In fact, I’ve completely remodeled two houses myself (well, ok! hubby helped too:), doing everything from the initial design concept to laying tile, installing kitchen cabinets, and even building furniture. I know how to take a project from “just an idea” to “wow!” because I’ve been there every step of the way. And that means I understand how everything fits together (and when it goes wrong!).
What I Love Most About Design
When it comes to design, I’m all about balance—beautiful spaces that are functional and comfortable, without feeling too rigid or too casual. I’m drawn to clean, timeless styles that still have a strong sense of warmth and your personality. Some of my favorite styles are:
Modern Colonial blends the symmetry and elegance of early American colonial architecture with contemporary simplicity. This style creates timeless, comfortable spaces that honor historical craftsmanship while embracing modern living.
Contemporary & Organic Modern – These styles focus on calm, clean lines and spaces with no clutter, neutral color palettes, and natural materials.
Classic Modern Elegance- For those wanting a touch of elegance: a mix of rich colors, sleek furniture, and statement pieces. It’s all about balancing sophistication with comfort and making spaces look elevated.
Transitional- A perfect blend of traditional and modern design. Transitional spaces offer a timeless appeal with soft lines, neutral colors, and comfortable furniture.
Modern Farmhouse- style that blends rustic charm with elegant sophistication, featuring warm, inviting spaces filled with natural materials and soft, muted colors. It captures the timeless beauty of the countryside living while offering a cozy yet refined atmosphere.
Note: The images below are examples of the style I specialize in, not photos of my work. They are meant to showcase the design aesthetic I offer and can help create for you.
What I Don’t Do (And That’s Okay!)
Now, I want to be totally upfront about this—there are certain styles that just aren’t for me. I’m all about authenticity and creating spaces that feel right, so if you’re into these styles, I might not be the best fit:
❌ Scandinavian – I prefer a little more warmth and texture than the all-white, minimalist vibe.
❌ Art Deco – I appreciate the glam, but my designs lean toward clean and minimal.
❌ Maximalist – Too many patterns and bold colors can feel overwhelming for me.
❌ Barbiecore – I love playful spaces, but I’m not drawn to all things pink and ultra-feminine.
❌ Retro/Vintage-Inspired – While I love mixing in a few vintage pieces, full-on retro isn’t my focus.
❌ Industrial - I struggle to like the coldness of this style.
Let’s Create Something Amazing Together
If you’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about the process as the final result, I’d love to work with you! Whether you're renovating, building, or just looking for some design advice, I’m here to make sure your space feels exactly how you want it to.
